Example of distorted stamp picture

I often use the custom stamp annotation to add my handwritten signature image
to some pdf documents.
Once the custom stamp is selected, one can add the signature by simply clicking
on the pdf, and in this case the stamp has length/width ratio of original
custom picture (in my case, my rectangular handwritten signature).
But another way to add a stamp is by not simply clicking, but rather doing a
drag and drop. In that case, the only way (for what I know) to keep a given
ratio is to press the shift key when doing the drag and drop. But by doing so,
the length/width ratio is a 1:1 ratio, even when the custom picture used for
the stamp doesn't have a square shape. If the original picture has rectangular
shape, then it's distorted when doing so.

Some feature that I'd gladly see implemented are:
- in custom stamp parameters, a checkbox to force keeping length/width ratio of
original picture when using drag and drop
and/or
- a shortcut to keep length/width ratio of original picture when doing drag and
drop. Maybe something like ctrl+drag and drop
