1) When searching for an ebook, there appears to be no way to filter for
the type. It would be useful to be able to either filter only for DAISYs
(for people with impaired vision who can't use anything else), or to be
able to exclude them. People with normal vision aren't even allowed to
access protected DAISYs, so for them it's useless to include them in
search results.

2) I noticed that when entering information such as Author, sometimes
instructions are available ("Please use natural order. For example: Leo
Tolstoy not Tolstoy, Leo.") and sometimes they're not (for example, the
Author field under "Add a Book"). Many names are entered in the latter
form. Having instructions available consistently would reduce this.

3) When I search for text that includes special characters (for example,
"Gödel" or "español"), it matters whether I enter the special character
or not ("Godel" or "espanol" will not match). Most people don't know how
to type these characters. I'm fairly savvy but had to look it up. Maybe
the search engine should return matches for "Gödel" when "Godel" is
entered, and so on?
