First, I've seen this car before. I'll bet on eBay.

Second, "ORIGINAL 400 CUBIC INCH RAM ROD ENGINE HAS BEEN"...
No, a 400 442 engine is *not* a Ram Rod engine. A Ram Rod engine is a High Performance 350. Someone re-educate this jerk! Please!

Third, would someone explain why any internet auction site would allow "pre-approved" bidders? To me, that makes absolutely no sense and could be construed to be a civil rights violation, like "pre-approved" renters. I'm sure you are aware of discriminatory renting and lending practices. It would seem to me that someone could make the same case for "pre-approved" bidders...a restriction on free trade and pre-determining "who" has the "privilege", not the "right", of bidding on an auction. Someone might want to ask eBay about that. Wouldn't it be fun to see eBay nailed for potential civil rights violations by the Feds. :-)))

I can guarantee you that if someone ever tells me that I'm not "pre-approved" to bid on an auction that I want to bid on, there-will-be-Holy-Hell-to-pay!

Yep...its a scam. One of those Pre Approved bidder auctions. And most likely
a stolen Ebay account too.
