After some consideration, I realize that it could be difficult to know
an appropriate boot environment name since all that is known is the
publisher setting. It is necessary to download something from the new
publisher in order to know a better default naming.
Perhaps what is needed is a documentation improvement which more
strongly suggests that the user supply the new BE name (e.g.
'omnios-r151020') since otherwise the new name will be based off of an
inappropriate default.
