Tonight (12/5/00) I attended the Appreciation Program for Winona city, county and area law enforcement agencies and fire departments sponsored by Neighbors Against Gangs (NAG) held at the Winona VFW Club.  As a membor of one of the organizations being recognized, I would like to extend my thanks to the members of NAG for an enjoyable evening.  This is one group that is truly making Winona a better place to live.   Larry Strange
