I'm not sure what caused the failure but I managed to flush out the bad
batch run.

|Failure to process batch UTF8 problem?
|
>------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
Hi all,
I have an urgent need so I hope someone responds.
I have been using OpenCA awhile and currently my CA is running 1.0.2
I tried to submit a batch today but it failed to process all of them.
The stderr.log has lines like this one:
DBD::Pg::st execute failed: ERROR: invalid byte sequence for encoding
"UTF8": 0xdf65
HINT: This error can also happen if the byte sequence does not match the
encoding expected by the server, which is controlled by "client_encoding".
The batch screen has this error:
The request for the newest serial cannot be loaded from the database.
