the referenced crls in scep und pub.conf are der - i need pem ;o) thats all... if there is already a link to crl-pem-format i maybe have just overseen this
$scep_crl = getRequired ('CRLDir')."cacrl.der";
CRLDir is present in nearly all configfiles - except of scep.conf of course ;)
