1) Partnership agreement:
The agreement which I sent is a draft, i.e. a prototype. My objective was to
give everyone something to think about.
Any partner could leave the partnership at will;
In the case of removal of a partner that partner's vote would not be
considered.
I shall add clauses to cover this.
Supermajority/Unanimty
Either can work. Choose.
Partners/associates
Key distinction - a small core of partners, a large circumference of
associates.
Licensing will be determined _after the partnership is formed
I can include an open source clause in the partnership agreement.
