Look at VisualDX from the 4.3.2 source. In there, there is a project
for building the libraries as dlls.

You did'nt understand me. I don't want to use Cygwin.
I have C++Builder for windows, I want to compile dx lib only to use
them as dll in my programs. Is it possible?
