[opendx-users] Black color problem

Hello,
I use OpenDX to visualize CT data in greyscale. My problem is, that 
black color in the colormap editor does not show up black but (light) 
grey in the image, e.g. the black-to-white distribution is reduced to 
gray-to-white. Any idea what causes this behaviour?
