'Openmailadmin' through freshmeat.net. All URLs and other useful

The changes in this release are as follows:
Openmailadmin is now the first Web-based administration frontend to
support new ACLs as suggested in RFC 4314 and implemented in Cyrus
2.3.0 and later. The password hash method can now be chosen. This
version has been largely rewritten for PHP 5.1 and PHP 6 and UTF-8 is
now the default character set. Support for logger was implemented and
the IMAP libraries were optimized.

Release focus:
5 - Major feature enhancements

Project description:
Openmailadmin is a little administration interface to every complete
IMAP mail server daemon. It supports every feature IMAP provides, and
fits in most MTA configurations. A key feature is the non-standard,
generic administration hierarchy which not only seperates "normal
users" from "administrators", but enables the mailserver-master to
create instances between them. You will be able to let other users
create their own sub-users and thus either share a single mail server
between different organizations or project your company's employee
structure. It excels with features such as regex addresses and folder
ACL management.
