Hello again, Mark. I had a conversation with my work mate LluĂs, which loves Python. I briefly explained your needs and showed him OMA, and he answered this: 1. Ruby is not mature enough, despite of how famous Rails has made it. For instance, it does not support Unicode. 2. Django is very good for content-oriented websites, like newspapers, magazines, and similar. He suggests you to use Python but not Django, or just very lightly.
