[Openmailadmin] OMA 1.0.1 works with Oracle DBMS 8i and 11g

Hi!

I'd just like to let you know that OMA 1.0.0, 1.0.1 works without any issues 
with Oracle 8i and 11g. I've tested this configuration on a mixed GNU w OMA and 
Oracle on Windows 2003 Enterprise Server environment.
