OMNotebook is disabled on OSX macports by default since it doesn't work well enough. Use the +omnotebook variant if you want it anyway.

openmodelica has the variants:
   clang: build with macports clang
   gcc44: build with gcc 4.4
   gcc45: build with gcc 4.5
   gcc46: build with gcc 4.6
   mico: Build with Mico instead of omniORB
   modelica3d: Build with Modelica3D
   omnotebook: builds OMNotebook; doesn't work on OSX
paradiseo: builds OMOptim; requires paradiseo, and does not compile using clang
   python: build with the python interface; requires omniorb +python27
[+]qt: Build Qt-based clients
   universal: Build for multiple architectures
