The memory is indeed a microSD card.

1. As the phone's internal memory is quite small, it's not possible to check
this "large file" transfer problem with the sending files to the phone's
internal memory.

2. But: I sent a couple of large files from Windows and this worked w/o
any problems. So my guess is that it's not the microSD card.
