Their hardware is for a software defined radio that uses a combination of arm microcontroller, FPGA and ADC with a SPI interface to capture a high speed stream of data from a digital radio. If you were to remove the digital radio and the ADC to leave you with just the microcontroller and FPGA it might be possible to repurpose this.
