I have just been tracing a bug with the str9 init script, simply it was seg faulting. The issue was hunted down to the target_read_u8 call in str9x.c:340 - it was wiping out the call stack.
Looking through target_read_u8 led me to arm9tdmi_clock_data_in_endianness which now always writes 32bits to the in buffer even if that buffer is only 8/16bits wide. seems the following commit introduced this bug - I5347352e7595686634bd0de13fcf6de6e55027b0 Before i pushed a fix to gerrit i thought i would share here first, changing Cheers Spen
