I think the inf file is about right and I can test it later.

However, we have found some issues with the inf-wizard and
one of the problems is reported that the generated inf file does not
work with Microsoft's inf2cat utility (for signing the whole driver
package with a catalog file). The solution is to rename the x86
version of libusb0.dll to libusb0_x86.dll and change the
inf file to something like the following.

We will soon release libusb-win32 v1.2.1.0 to address the issue.
The IA64 sections are listed below but it is untested since none
of us have an IA64 (Itanium) computer. You can safely remove
the IA64 section.
