compile with gcc?? rpm

i want to compile again some rpm (here php following advisory).
but rebuild block because it need gcc ... ok
but i have gcc33 rpm.
so which is the extra rule to add to compile here ?
how to change "BuildPreReq:  OpenPKG, openpkg >= 20020206, gcc, sed, 
flex, bison" ?

something like gcc or gcc??
