I spoke too soon.  While this patch applies with no problems the
resulting program fails to compile.

I checked the web site in the track section of the openssh.spec
file, and it appears that nothing has been done on this recently
so it may be a good idea to drop this from the package.

I did find another problem building this package resulting in a
syntax error in the sftp-server.c file which I will document in
another message.

The openssh package seems to be a bit vulnerable to issues when
various combinations of options are specified (e.g. if one turns
sftplogging off, it results in a patch failure).

Regression testing all combinations of options is a major pain.
