Look at charset.alias stat(2) info and content. The two packages
differ in what they are calling "charset.alias".
Figger which charset.alias is correct and fix the packaging.
The easy fix is just to choose one of the two charset.alias files
and remove from the other package, perhaps adding a dependency
on the package that uniquely defines charset.alias stat(2) metadata
and content.
