OpenSC supports a number of National ID cards. Can these cards be used to authenticate to non-government sites? For example comercial or research sites in other countries?
Which countries have them? What percent of the population have these cards? The US does not have such a card. The PIV is going to be for government employees and contractors. Thanks. -- Douglas E.
