Computing member relations... can make many hours, even on modern machines (a
few doc build on my box takes 10 hours...). I submitted a patch to the doxygen
developer list a few days ago that cuts it down by an order of magnitude, and I
hope that will be in the next version of doxygen. If you don't mind compiling
your own doxygen for now you can get it from there or I can send it to you.
