I started the DA with net.slp.isDABackup set to true, and registered a service
from a SA machine. But, I can't see the backup file
/etc/slp.reg.d/slpd/DABackup created. The directory /etc/slp.reg.d/slpd has
nothing there. What's the correct way to enable DA backup?
