I've been trying to update my rsync'd copy of the OpenSSL CVS for several days now & all I can get is
@ERROR: max connections (20) reached - try again later This is while trying to access rsync://dev.openssl.org/ I've had a script retrying every 5 min for >20 hours now with no success.
