Hi, Yes, someone is working on this (see assignee in the blueprint), the blueprint is the first step of the process. You’ll likely get more out of the community if you participated on IRC at #openstack-trove.
Many contributors to the project participate in a weekly meeting which is held on Wednedays at 18:00 UTC on #openstack-meeting-alt.
