Hi team, Panko has been imported and is now ready to be worked on.
Our next steps should be to set up devstack jobs for testing. The devstack plugin should be working, it just misses an integration from Ceilometer so the event dispatcher is set to 'panko' if panko is installed via devstack alongside Ceilometer.
