Hate to nitpick, but Cyberduck is licensed GPLv3 -- you can browse the source 
(and confirm the license) at https://trac.cyberduck.io/browser/trunk

They do nag you to donate, though.

Swift explorer is Apache 2, available at

Gladinet.
