As we decided at the Summit, we are in the process to prepare a Kilo release.

Also, please review the blocking patches so we can move forward. Thanks to the recent improvements we did in our organization (CI, process, more people, etc), we should be able (in the future) to release the modules closer to OpenStack releases than before.
