This will be extremely difficult. I wouldn't recommend it.  It would probably 
be easier to make a manual cloudpipe instance instead of having nova manage it. 
You will just have to do some tweaking of the nwfilter rules of the vm. An even 
easier solution would be to just make a bastion vm that the collaborators can 
ssh through.
