Somebody ever tried to compile some tools that use Openstreetmap data??
I think about
tangogps.org: for using osm maps as background, and a mapping tool (can
use topo maps)
navit.sf.net: as a real navigation program for linux. Uses OSM, Marco
polo maps, Garmin format... Works on linux, pda, ... I tried to
compile this one, but hang on dependencies (libc posed a problem, but
*somebody* here compiled it to make his stuff ....)
gosmore: maybe primitive ..
