I have
one question for you. Can you still connect to the database ? If you can connect
the database :
1.
export the database using application user.
2.
drop the application user. Before drop the user, make sure that the export file
is valid 100%.
3. run
the script catalog.sql from directory
$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin
3.
recreate the application user and import the export file.
