Hello everyone, After trying multiple times to use Monterverdi 2.0 to run a classification, i got the same error : "Statistics cannot be calculated with zero relevant pixels".
For more details, i clipped a pleiade image to minimize the processing time by a vectorial mask, and ran these OTB applications in this order : Compute images second order statistics > Train a classifier from multiple images > Image classification The error appears while running the "Image classification". To fix the issue, I already tried to change the vector data, to use another clipper application, to not use statistics from "Compute images second order stats" in the "Image classification" application. At this point I don't understand where this issue comes from and i didn't find any explanation on the multiples forums that could help on this field. So if you have any idea that could help me out on it, I would be really grateful.
