Don't think they're provided anymore. I've looked everywhere.

and MS docs mention MAPIDBG.INI a few times but
nothing has worked for me as yet.

Someone told me that there are 'checked' versions of
those dlls; this version provides more debug
information.  But I have not been able to find them
even on checked versions of the OS.

WinDbg helps by apparently providing more system
symbols by default; though I am sure those symbols
can be copied to Visual Studio Debugger.  I've
found WinDbg to be indispensable in regards to
tracking down difficult bugs.

I am hoping that someone on the list has had better
luck in finding the elusive 'checked' Mapi DLLs.
