My wife (a graphically inclined person) shares this feedback:
The first one is too busy, and the spiral shape causes dizziness.
(Well, not really, but it could if you spin it really fast!) Some of
the envelopes are falling, and some of them are being sucked in upward,
it's kind of awkward.
The second one is nice, but the O behind the paper and quill makes me
think that there's two O's. That O in the picture should start the word
Open.
The third one makes a nice shape. I like the symbolism of sending mail
worldwide, and I like the implied infinity shape. Just hope no one's
offended their part of the world isn't showing!
The fourth one confuses me a bit. The globe came out of the envelope
then got placed in front of it? The globe appears to be spinning, does
that make the envelope spin? If it's spinning, it's probably moving,
isn't it going to crash into the envelope?
I vote #3, but with a font using both upper and lowercase. All caps
isn't bad, but when the word "open" is an integral part of your name,
you don't want to look like a neon open sign. I like the easy flowing
nature of the second one. Try that font on the third design.
