Hallo, ich habe vor zusätzlich zum OTRS 3.0.9 auch ITSM-3.0.4 zu installieren, jedoch finde ich kein Handbuch ähnlich wie das für ITSM 2.0. Ist es die selbe Vorgehensweise? Was muss ich beachten?
