Hallo Denny, das liegt sehr wahrscheinlich daran, das bei der Migration aus Versehen 2 falsche Notification-Tags eingeführt wurden:
Falsch | Richtig ------------------------------------------- OTRS_CUSTOMER_Body OTRS_CUSTOMER_BODY OTRS_CONFIG_TicketHook OTRS_CONFIG_Ticket::Hook Entweder Du änderst alle Notifications von Hand (sehr mühsam), oder Du lädst Dir dieses aktualisierte Script herunter und führst es noch einmal aus: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/OTRS/otrs/d249508535bc210928bf93abab62e75124867ef9/scripts/DBUpdate-to-5.pl In OTRS 5.0.3 wird dieses Problem behoben sein.
