hi, leider gibt es Menschen, die mögen das TOFU Format, ich persönlich lehne das ab. Im OTRS habe ich bisher noch keine Möglichkeit entdeckt, wie man es per Queue einstellen kann. Für 2.4.x gibt es eine Erweiterung die das ermöglich:
