Hi, I'm new to otrs I have otrs 3.0.7 version. So I want to know how to limit Agent's rights I mean I want every Agent can't be able to see the others queues of other services
*Exemple :* Agent of System Information service can't be able to see the queue of Human Resources Please Help me with your experience in OTRS. Regards.
