i think that udp could work :)
we can make an inteligent way....
if udp fail two or three times we change to tcp, after some good reads
we change back to udp and if fail for some time repeat...
what you think?
it's easier to be implement on ownet sure, just implemnt owserver to
work with udp, and after we think about udp and tcp handling on ownet :)
tcp to udp have many changes on code?? i never wrote an udp server...
just udp clients (dns)
I think the current style, and my preference, would be to have the user
specifiy udp on the command line if that transport technique is desired.
owserver can listen for either .
I would always make tcp the default since it is more robust, and I believe
the performance issues will be uncommon. The design phylosophy of OWFS is
simplicity and accuracy over performance.
