I have been using rrdtool trending tool and owfs with great success all on a
NSLU2. I was wondering if anybody knows or uses a program that can create a
png / jpeg image of a gauge or dial I can use to show the real time data. I
have seen some active X components however not very good for my light weight
web server running on my 266 mhz NSLU2. The only option I've come up with is
creating 100 graphics of a gauge (with varying pointer positions) and just
getting a script to select one of the 100 images to display on my web page.
...effective however time consuming. As I have 6 values all with different
scales that would be 600 graphics I would have to create and then it would only
have a resolution of 1%cheers

Hope this isn't too far off topic :)
