ownet.php use bcmath extension
dl('bcmath.so');
dl('bcmath.dll');
or... change ownet code where using bccmp function, use somethink like
if(x>y) or (x<y) or (x==y)
bcmath is a precise calculation, since some .01 and .1 values have problems
with php4, i change to bcmath to work well with php4 and php5
any problem ask again
