... IMHO, placing bcadd.php and ownet.php in /whatever/bin does not make
much sense. These modules are not callable from the command line.
(People like the Debian FTP archive maintainer, whose task is to approve
new packages, look at that stuff -- and go into major fits when they
notice problems like this one.)

They're libraries. Placing them in /usr/share/php5 seems much more sensible.
