I'm no longer entirely sure that everything is fine in Oww.  It's
possibly fine, Oww doesn't complain and logs the expected 0 value of
the counter.  Unfortunately, I don't have an easy way to increment the
counter as it's mounted on a pole on my rooftop used as a lightning
detector.  It did work last year though and hasn't been touched since,
but there haven't been any lightnings since while I've been logging.

Attached is an error log from doing:

owserver -p 3000 -d /dev/ttyUSB0 --foreground --error_level=9
owget -s 3000 1D.3FE205000000/counters.A

and the counter is connected to The Link, no other devices connected.
