Hello list, after sucessfully installing OWFS 2.8p2 on a virtual Ubuntu 10.04.1 server with a 9490 USB adapter, I'm able to read and write all kinds of data using nano as expected. Very good idea/job, by the way.
But when I'm trying to read a DS1921L-F51's (thermachron) temperature log presented in /log/temperature.ALL via apache2/php, I'm getting back an empty string after a delay of 5-6 seconds. Reading an individual sample via /log/temperature.1 etc. is no problem, but too slow for my application. Even /histogram/temperature.ALL reads as expected, only /log/temperature.ALL doesn't work via PHP (via nano no problem). Sorry for maybe missing the obvious, I'm new to owfs. After two days of tests and googling I'm running out of ideas.
