Far as I know I do not have a custom kernal, just the one that openSUSE
installs:
Linux version 2.6.27.7-9-pae (geeko@buildhost) (gcc version 4.3.2
[gcc-4_3-branch revision 141291] (SUSE Linux) ) #1 SMP 2008-12-04 18:10:04
+0100

I am on an island in British Columbia. My copy of openSUSE 11.1 is in
California. Satellite internet connection too slow to download one. This
installation can keep. I am just quite happy to know that all of you are
willing to help.

Will continue this when I am in California in two weeks.

Thanks,
Peter

Peter the fuse-devel one will install everything that the tar file
did. But here's the catch, if you're working with a custom kernel then
things won't match. Can you find a copy of the CD?

Anticipating your next question, TCL is needed for parts of the
traffic management tools. PHP is needed for web page creation. And
python.... well it says its needed. Please provide what your system is
responding with.
