Getting back on this, this is really odd:

With 2.8p14 on i386: -> All fine

on MIPS24k (OpenWRT) only sensed.BYTE shows up correctly,
sensed.ALL/A/B is always 0
Maybe somebody can dis/confirm this on a similar platform..

Maybe some nasty endianess-issue?
