Depends what I suppose. If you are just adjusting the existing template, I'm sure it sits with all the other VS templates. However if you want to do something like MVC, I'm not sure it will work due to the fact that it uses a different httphandler and httpmodules. Since these won't be setup (yet) in Azure, I doubt the developer fabric will support it either.
