Hi Everyone,
The list has been quiet, but help is almost to
hand. Apparently there has been a flood of spam
onto the list which is blocking some messages
getting through. Our list manager is working to
try and clear the backlog of bounces....
Anyway, the new list service is almost ready to
go. We have a few very small details to iron out
and we will be changing over to a new list
service provider. You'll all be thrilled - there
should be no more bounces, no more missed email
and best of all, the list will be available in a
Digest form. This means you will get just the one
message in your in-box and when you open it all
the messages for that day will be displayed. This
will reduce the volume of messages in your in-box
substantially (great for those of you with limits on your in-box capacity).
The new list will also have an enhanced archive
facility which will enable list members to find
threads and discussions easily. BTW, the old
archives will not be lost - they will still be
available and we will advise you later on how you
can access these too. The archives are a great
boon for students and others wanting to chase up
useful content from months (or years) back.
I hope to be back to you with the new details early next week.
Mary - your problem is on your computer..... you
may need to find a local computer geek to help you find your missing messages.
Regards,
Andrea

Hi mARY
Sorry cant help you with the location of your
folder. Perhaps try deleted items or the
desktop??? You can do a search to find folders,
documents etc. Perhaps that may be the best
place to start. I have not received any mail
either for a few days. The last mail I received
was on Monday.and I was going to send something
just to see if it turned up. Perhaps its been down again?
Cheers Ramona.

My ozmid email folder seems to have
disappeared. I dont know what key I
accidently pressed to make this happen or how to
retrieve or find the folder. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, MM
