I have configured Summit X150-24t ExtremeXOS Image version upgraded 12.4.1.7 to 12.4.3.5, with 5 vlans like (normal_1, registration_vlan, isolation, MacDetection, Switch-mgt). I have follow up page 30 of PacketFence Network Device Configuration Guide v 3.1.0 and configured Port-Security (Mac Address Lockdown) on my switch given below enable snmp access configure snmp add trapreceiver 192.168.1.45 community public enabled web http configure vlan “Default” delete ports all configure vlan registration_vlan add ports 1-24 untagged configure ports 1-24 vlan registration_vlan lock-learning disable snmp traps port-up-down ports 1-24 When I connect a node on switch port 1, I have got this information from packetfence.log file Jan 19 15:31:43 pfsetvlan(21) INFO: secureMacAddrViolation trap on 192.168.10.10 ifIndex 1001. Port Security is no longer configured on the port.
